<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you are looking for an <strong>easy raspberry dessert recipe</strong> that feels light but still tastes indulgent, this recipe is exactly that. It comes together with just a handful of simple ingredients, requires no baking, and is perfect for summer, parties, meal prep, or whenever you want a quick homemade dessert.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I love making these raspberry dessert cups because they look beautiful with their colorful layers, yet they are incredibly easy to prepare. The creamy Greek yogurt, sweet tart raspberry layer, crunchy cookie base, and crisp chocolate topping create a dessert that tastes much more special than the effort it takes to make it.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img decoding="async" width="576" height="1024" src="https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3-576x1024.jpg" alt="Creamy raspberry dessert with chocolate drizzle in a glass." class="wp-image-10728" style="width:452px;height:auto" srcset="https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3-169x300.jpg 169w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3-768x1365.jpg 768w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3-864x1536.jpg 864w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3-600x1067.jpg 600w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-3.jpg 1152w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredient Notes</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Low fat Greek yogurt:</strong> I like using low fat Greek yogurt because it creates a thick, creamy texture while adding plenty of protein. You can also use Skyr or regular Greek yogurt if you prefer.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Maple syrup:</strong> Maple syrup naturally sweetens both the yogurt and the raspberry compote. Honey, agave syrup, or another sweetener also work well.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Vanilla extract:</strong> A little vanilla gives the yogurt a smoother, dessert like flavor. It is optional but highly recommended.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Raspberries:</strong> Fresh or frozen raspberries both work perfectly. Frozen raspberries are available all year and make the homemade raspberry compote just as delicious.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cookies:</strong> I simply used classic cookies for the crunchy base. Butter cookies, digestive biscuits, vanilla cookies, or your favorite cookies all work well.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dark chocolate:</strong> Dark chocolate creates the thin chocolate shell that becomes slightly crisp after chilling. You can also use milk chocolate if you prefer a sweeter dessert.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Coconut oil:</strong> A small amount of coconut oil makes the melted chocolate easier to spread into a thin, even layer.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="576" height="1024" src="https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4-576x1024.jpg" alt="Creamy chocolate and raspberry dessert in glass jar with spoon." class="wp-image-10729" style="width:434px;height:auto" srcset="https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4-169x300.jpg 169w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4-768x1365.jpg 768w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4-864x1536.jpg 864w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4-600x1067.jpg 600w, https://getfitandfocus.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Edited-lightroom-raspberry-dessert-recipe-4.jpg 1152w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Makes This Raspberry Dessert So Good?</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The secret is combining different textures in every bite. The cookie base stays slightly crunchy, the Greek yogurt is thick and creamy, the homemade raspberry compote adds a fresh sweet tart flavor, and the chocolate topping hardens into a delicate shell that cracks beautifully with every spoonful.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Unlike many traditional raspberry desserts, this recipe feels light and refreshing while still tasting rich enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Because it is completely <strong>no bake</strong>, it is also one of the easiest desserts to prepare during summer.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you enjoy simple layered desserts that look beautiful and taste even better, this <strong>easy raspberry dessert recipe</strong> is one you will want to make again and again.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Preparation Tips</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This <strong>easy raspberry dessert recipe</strong> is very simple to prepare, but a few small tips will help you get the best results every time.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cook the raspberries in a <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/4gfZZp3">small saucepan</a></strong> until they soften and turn into a simple compote.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Let the raspberry compote cool completely.</strong> If it is still warm, it can soften the Greek yogurt layers and the dessert will not keep its beautiful layers.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Do not overmix the yogurt.</strong> Use a <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/4qCA2Uf">silicone spatula</a></strong> to stir the yogurt just until smooth and creamy.Overmixing can make it slightly thinner.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/46kICNW">microwave safe bowl</a></strong>, then spread a thin layer over each dessert.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Chill before serving.</strong> About 20 minutes in the refrigerator allows the chocolate to harden while keeping the dessert cool and refreshing.</p>
