Ingredients
- 3 scoops whey protein (90 g)
- 1 scoop pea protein (30 g)
- 2/5 cups oat milk (100ml)
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 dates (120 g, pitted)
- 2 tbs. salted peanuts (20g)
- 30 g dark chocolate chips
- 3-4 tbs. soy crispies (10g)
Method
- In a bowl, mix oat milk, vanilla extract, whey protein, and pea protein

- Stir until a thick but soft consistency forms

- Pour the mixture evenly into a lined container

- Place one date on top of each bar

- Sprinkle peanuts and optional soy crispies over the surface

- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it on top

- Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour until firm

- Cut into 6 bars and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes before eating
