Leftover Pasta with Garlic, Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked pasta (150 g)
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (80 g)
  • 1/3 cup light mozzarella (diced (60 g))
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese (parmesan or similar)

Method

  1. Place the cooked pasta in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and diced mozzarella.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and dried basil over the pasta.
  4. Add the grated cheese on top.
  5. Microwave for about 1 minute until the cheese starts to melt.
  6. Stir gently and serve warm.
