Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked pasta (150 g)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (80 g)
- 1/3 cup light mozzarella (diced (60 g))
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese (parmesan or similar)
Method
- Place the cooked pasta in a microwave safe bowl.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and diced mozzarella.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and dried basil over the pasta.
- Add the grated cheese on top.
- Microwave for about 1 minute until the cheese starts to melt.
- Stir gently and serve warm.
