Vegan Protein Cookie Dough

This vegan protein cookie dough is soft, naturally sweet and packed with protein. A super easy no bake snack you can make in minutes with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Banana (120 g)
  • 2 Scoops Pea Protein Powder (60 g)
  • 1/2 Scoop Rice Protein Powder (15 g)
  • Dark Chocolate (10 g)

Method

  1. Add the banana to a bowl and warm it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at 900 watts until soft.
  2. Mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Add pea protein and rice protein to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything until a thick cookie dough consistency forms.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it on top.

If you don't have a microwave, you can heat the banana in a small pot or pan instead. If it starts sticking, just add a little water to prevent burning and keep it smooth.
