Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low calorie Greek yogurt (100 g)
- 1 cup frozen berries of choice (140 g)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional:
- 1/4 cup milk (60 ml)
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (15 g)
Toppings:
- Fresh fruit
- Granola
- Nuts or seeds
- Cacao nibs or chocolate chips
Method
- Add Greek yogurt to a bowl.
- Add frozen berries on top.
- Use a fork to mash and mix everything together until creamy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- If needed, add a splash of milk for a smoother texture.
- Add protein powder if you want more protein and mix again.
- Top with fruit, granola, nuts, or anything you like.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Frozen berries make the texture thicker and colder, almost like a yogurt ice cream bowl.
Use high fat yogurt for more creaminess or low fat for fewer calories.
