- 1/2 cup milk (100 ml)
- 1 large egg (50 g)
- 2 medium ripe bananas (peeled (200 g))
- 1/2 packet vanilla sugar (4 g or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)

- Butter or oil for greasing
Method
- Add the milk and egg to a blender.

- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with fruit, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, or maple syrup.
Equipment
Notes
- Use ripe bananas with brown spots for the best natural sweetness.
- Do not over blend the batter, or the waffles can become dense.
- Banana batter can stick, so grease the waffle maker well.
- For crispier waffles, cook them slightly longer and place them on a wire rack after cooking.
- You can use vanilla extract instead of vanilla sugar.
- Let waffles cool completely before freezing.
