Ingredients
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (30 g, vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 medium overripe banana (about 120 g peeled)
- 1 cup milk (1,5%) (240 ml, any type)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (2–3 ml)
- 3 –4 ice cubes (optional)
Method
- Add the milk to the blender first. Starting with the liquid helps the protein powder blend smoothly and prevents clumping.
- Add the banana, protein powder and vanilla extract.
- Blend for about 10–15 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a thicker and colder shake, add ice cubes and blend again briefly.

For a thicker milkshake, use slightly less milk or add more ice. For a thinner consistency, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk and blend again.
