Greek yogurt topping
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon jam
- a pinch of cinnamon
Berry yogurt topping
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- a small handful of fresh berries
Cream cheese berry topping
- 2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
- a small handful of fresh berries
Method
- Place the rice cakes on a plate or board.
- For the first rice cake, spread Greek yogurt on top. Add a small spoon of jam and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon.
- For the second rice cake, spread Greek yogurt and top it with fresh berries.
- For the third rice cake, spread low fat cream cheese and add fresh berries on top.
- Serve immediately as a quick snack or light breakfast.
