Homemade Granola Mix

A quick homemade granola mix with banana chips, dried fruits and soy crispies. High in protein and perfect for yogurt bowls or simple breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy flakes (60 g)
  • ¾ cup soy crispies (50 g)
  • ½ cup banana chips (40 g)
  • cup dried fruits (50 g)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (30 g)
  • cup whey protein powder (30 g)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix everything well until the protein powder is evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the granola mix into an airtight container or jar.
  4. Store the mix in a cool and dry place and use it for yogurt bowls, milk or breakfast cereal.
