Ingredients
- 1 cup soy flakes (60 g)
- ¾ cup soy crispies (50 g)
- ½ cup banana chips (40 g)
- ⅓ cup dried fruits (50 g)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (30 g)
- ⅓ cup whey protein powder (30 g)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything well until the protein powder is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the granola mix into an airtight container or jar.
- Store the mix in a cool and dry place and use it for yogurt bowls, milk or breakfast cereal.
