Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low fat Greek yogurt (170 g)
- 3/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen (100 g)
- 1/3 cup milk of choice (80 ml)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- tiny pinch salt
Optional
- ice cubes for extra cold texture
- extra milk for thinner shake
- more maple syrup if sweeter preferred
- plant milk instead of dairy milk
Method
- Add Greek yogurt, raspberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you want it colder and thicker.
- Add more milk if you want a thinner drinkable consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen raspberries for a colder thicker shake. Fresh raspberries give a lighter softer texture. Greek yogurt makes the shake creamy and naturally high in protein. For smoothie bowl texture, reduce milk and add ice. Perfect after workouts or as a refreshing summer snack.
