Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low fat Greek yogurt (170 g)
  • 3/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen (100 g)
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (80 ml)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • tiny pinch salt

Optional

  • ice cubes for extra cold texture
  • extra milk for thinner shake
  • more maple syrup if sweeter preferred
  • plant milk instead of dairy milk

Method

  1. Add Greek yogurt, raspberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if you want it colder and thicker.
  4. Add more milk if you want a thinner drinkable consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen raspberries for a colder thicker shake. Fresh raspberries give a lighter softer texture. Greek yogurt makes the shake creamy and naturally high in protein. For smoothie bowl texture, reduce milk and add ice. Perfect after workouts or as a refreshing summer snack.
