Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (40 g)
- 2 tbsp soy flakes (15 g)
- 1/2 apple (chopped (75 g))
- 1 tbsp raisins (10 g)
- 1 tbsp almonds (chopped (10 g))
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2 g)
- 1 pinch salt (0.5 g)
- 3/4 cup oat milk (180 ml)
Method
- Add oats, soy flakes, chopped apple, raisins and a pinch of salt to a microwave safe bowl.
- Pour in the oat milk and add the vanilla extract. Stir everything together.
- Microwave for about 1- 2 minutes until the oatmeal becomes soft and creamy.
- Stir again and top with chopped almonds, extra raisins or fresh apple if desired.
