Ingredients
For the Dessert
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (500 g)
- 1½ cups raspberry compote (300 g)
- ½ cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa (90 g))

- Mint leaves
- Dark chocolate shavings
Optional Homemade Compote
- 2½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries (300 g)
- 1
tbsp. agave syrup or another sweetener of choice
Method
- Add the Greek yogurt and raspberry compote to a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly combined and creamy.
- Divide the raspberry Greek yogurt mixture evenly between four dessert glasses.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave using 20 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate evenly over each dessert.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
- Crack the chocolate shell with a spoon before serving and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use thick low fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
- No raspberry compote? Heat 2½ cups raspberries (300 g), mash them, and add 1 tablespoon agave syrup or another sweetener.
- Let the raspberry mixture cool before mixing it with the yogurt.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
