This easy Greek Yogurt Dessert Recipe combines creamy low fat Greek yogurt, fruity raspberry compote, and a crisp dark chocolate shell. Made with only three main ingredients, it is an easy no bake dessert for four people.

Ingredients

For the Dessert

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (500 g)
  • cups raspberry compote (300 g)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa (90 g))

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Dark chocolate shavings

Optional Homemade Compote

  • cups fresh or frozen raspberries (300 g)
  • 1

    tbsp. agave syrup or another sweetener of choice

Method

  1. Add the Greek yogurt and raspberry compote to a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly combined and creamy.
  2. Divide the raspberry Greek yogurt mixture evenly between four dessert glasses.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave using 20 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over each dessert.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
  6. Crack the chocolate shell with a spoon before serving and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use thick low fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • No raspberry compote? Heat 2½ cups raspberries (300 g), mash them, and add 1 tablespoon agave syrup or another sweetener.
  • Let the raspberry mixture cool before mixing it with the yogurt.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
